All sales are final unless the merchandise is defective, in that case, an even exchange of the same item will be sent upon receipt of the defective item.  Please contact us immediately and further instructions will be given.  Usually a picture of the damage sent to us will get the fixed faster.

Damaged Packages: If UPS damages your shipment please make note to the driver, upon receipt, that there is damage to your package.

Non-Deliverable, refused, and unclaimed orders:

If an order is returned, refused, or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence/absence, or providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via e-mail if provided.  If no response is received the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee.  Please make sure your shipping information is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package.  All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional shipping charge.

Shipping Charges:   Shipping charges vary according to totals.  Orders exceeding $100 will be shipped free.  This is overridden if we have a shipping special in progress.  Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all International orders are welcome and do not qualify for free shipping specials.  Allow 3 business days for order processing.
