All sales are final unless the merchandise is defective, in that case, an even exchange of the same item will be sent upon receipt of the defective item.  Please contact us immediately and a return authorization number will be given.

Damaged Packages: If UPS damages your shipment please make note to the driver, upon receipt, that there is damage to your package.

For Refusing Packages:     If the shipment is refused or marked -returned to shipper- by UPS, we will receive the packages back then issue a credit to the customer minus a 15% restocking fee for the items returned. No credit will be issued for shipping costs.

Shipping Charges:   Shipping charges vary to the 48 continental United States.  Orders exceeding $100 will be shipped free.  Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all other countries must e-mail us first and a shipping quote will be e-mailed to you for approval before an order can be accepted.  Allow 3 business days for order processing.
